Please pack the item(s) in the original packaging, enclose the returns form and place it in a protective envelope/package. Please mark the parcel with ”returned items”. We recommend tracking for secured arrival. Oh! by Kopenhagen Fur does not cover shipment costs if you regret your purchase.
